Help please, change name function.

From what I read you changed your character name  on the site and made a new character. You basically renamed a character that doesn't exist in your game. So I think the best way to fix this is to get the ID of your new character and ask a developer to change it on your account.

Just to add I may be wrong but this is what I think has happened.
