I can't say I've ever seen the titles work quite like that either. 
The root cause of the map problems is an error in the map rotations.
I've tried to fix it on all the servers but might have missed a few.
If you spot more servers with odd map names or random plains, let me know the server name.
If you also happen to know the map immediately before the bugged map, that would also help.
