I've decided upon using The Leather Jerkin:
Weight: 6
Body armor: 24
Leg armor: 10
It's not nearly as good as Highlander Armor
Weight: 16
Body armor: 40
Leg armor: 21
but it weighs a lot less. Did somebody else find better light armor to use?
