Disconnection problem.

Hey there, I'm posting here because i got some strange bugs. First one is that i cannot spawn. Everytime i join server on spawn wave i get kicked immediately. Second bug is that i can't even watch players fighting bots as spec as i get kicked after ~ 30 seconds. These bugs appears on all servers NA, EU and even AU. I have tried restarting  my router, steam and computer but it hasn't helped. I can play normally on Native servers and others mods (cRPG, Merc). If someone got solution for my problem i'll be grateful for sharing it to me.

I don't know is that internet speed problem so i'll just post it
