High Ping Suddenly

hey,
since the latest update my ping goes up to 500 or more sometimes!!
It only happens sometimes and mostly in the evening..
It cant be my connection ,because when I do a ping check I have a ping of 20
and in other games my ping is 20-30..
I live in europe and I didn't have the problems on the EU servers before the update...


if you have any way to solve that problem then please let me know
