XP for Healers

If people got extra xp for dropping a med kit you would have half the team dropping heals instead of killing bots and what is the point of a fully healed team if there is no body killing the enemy's.

No you wouldn't. You'd still get more XP from direct bot kills (theoretically). If people would prefer to do that over actually playing the game and killing the Nords, what the hell is the point? I agree with the others that it's unnecessary, but this is just a flawed argument.
