New armor for Legionnaire

Well i had this idea which i did tell Winter and he did say "Sounds good" that we make/put in some armor for
Legionnaire/maybe Ranger as they both have the same problem and this problem is that (manly Legionnaire)
they have the Pilum,Very Heavy Throwing Axes, Dragon Breath! and cant out run a lot of stuff
what im getting at is this armor will be light so my guess it would go in the level 14 armor smith with trans etc
so it maybe a other option to trans as trans would be the heavy armor for hard/rag and this light armor for normal/kiting 
so i need some one to help me make this/do it
make the "Banded Mail Armor" in a different colour e.g. Heraldic?, White Blue, Black ,Dark Purple


PS i have had a go at it and it was so bad
