Got several offers for them.

1st offer : MSK + 2mil cash + 1 phoenix
2nd offer: elmwood + royal scale + 500k cash
3rd offer: elmwood + 2.5 mil cash + 1 phoenix

(the royal scale is not crafted yet, means you'd get all the mats needed to craft it )
