If I could suggest something, maybe it would be better to get Swadian Hope instead. It will be cheaper than to craft the Despair (I was offered to buy Swadian Hope in last week for 1.5 m) and after recent changes (0.7.12) Hope is 54c now, so one class better...

Despair with 50c does not provide any real upgrade over e.g. Vengeance (except in length ofc), so it doesn't look like it's worth to pay so much.
