If kiting is more rewarding than a team of all classes, people will stop playing those classes and we will end up being a kiting-only mod.  That is another things I don't want to see.

Rewind a year and a half back to November 2013. Both kiting and camping are viable play styles. Servers are populated more often, and events are more consistently filled and running. The most frequent method of defeating Odin is camping, and the most frequently requested map (Swadian Town) for events is known for its convenience to camping.

If what you typed above was true, classes that could not kite would not have been prevalent enough to complete Ragnarok, and my evidence to the contrary would not have happened. Therefore, your logical jump to this claim is true if and only if you can only get far in the game with kiting.
