Anyway, here's my opinion. Loot system is fine, it just needs stricter rules and enforcing. Everyone who contribute (with no regard to wealth, level adjusted) deserve loot. If they're not contributing, get rid of them to make room for someone who hopefully won't be completely useless.

Then it is evidently not fine. What you described is essentially what 'we' want. Getting rewarded for contributing, not getting rewarded by being lucky.
