I'd say 18.00 GMT = 20.00 CEST (Central European Summer Time) = 14.00 EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).
GMT/UTC ofc does not observe summer / daulightsaving. So for winter time CET = GMT+1 while for summer time CEST = GMT+2. EDT offset is GMT/UTC-4, so 18.00 GMT = 14.00 EDT, EST offset will be GMT/UTC-5 as of 11/1. The East Coast to Central Europe offset remains always -6.
