Got a couple of suggestions
:
Reason: Currently, in the best possible gear (not including dev gear ;P); leg armour totals up to 51. You get more from your body armour (31) than your plated boots (20).
When compared to your body armour (76), its quite a lot lower. Really noticeable if an archer or thrower decides he hates your leg

Not sure if this extends across other classes, came to my attention recently while browsing the ingame equiptment screen

Similar reasons as above, 60 head armour from best. Compared to 76 body, quite a bit lower. This, despite having a lower difference than leg, it is more noticeable; due to the multiplier attached to getting hit in the head.
Also I think the difference between the base head armour and two best helms should be a little greater. For example current MP head armour has 56 armour, Grinder could be buffed to ~65 and Fearsome to ~70.
Again not sure if this affects other classes so much.
Compared to the Snake halberd, this things pretty lacking, especially considering they originated from different colours of the same thing.
I would love to see it usuable with shields (hoplite legendary
), more speed and damage would be nice to see aswell.
Pretty sure this applies mainly to the higher tier/legendary bows and xbows. As damage increases, accuracy decreases. Particularly noticeable with the hurricane and I've been told the penetrator too. As the top tier weapons, there should be no doubt that its the one to use. However I often find myself choosing to stick with my sharpshooter over a hurricane, as I find the hurricane far too unreliable (often misses).
I think a simple buff to the accuracy of the items would suffice
.
Bear is only slightly better than red tunic over mail (better leg armour and weight by 1 iirc), the price difference doesn't seem to justify the difference in stats
. Both are inferior to the leather jerkin, though I'm pretty sure you've patched that already xD (as with most the stuff on this list
).

EDIT:
Just remembered, these guys are like the jack of all trades of NI. They have pretty terrible range, to the point where its not useful or recomended
. Melee wise they have slightly more use, but still they are outdone by the heavily armoured and more powerful commando.
Would love to see these guys become the glass cannon of the melee world, the best possible slashers you can have at your back while shielding. Giving them ~1 more ps I think would accomplish that, more pt would be nice too see aswell
