The generally taken value for a tome was at roughly 6 mil for a long time, with a lump price of 55k and higher and waters around 40k.
As both, lumps and waters, are very cheap at the moment (lumps for less than 45k and water less than 40k) the value of a tome is like less than 5 mil.
So, if you want to get one, craft it now. I'm pretty sure that lump prices will increase in the near future and I really doubt that anyone would sell a tome these days (at least not me)
