Jokes aside, my interpretation was that if you win, you win the legendary (winning previous tournaments has no effect).
As for the worm and aurora blade, it all depends whats on the list of legendaries
(there may be only a select few, rather than all the 1h legendaries).
As a guess, I would say you are more likely to see them on the 2h list, if it all.
