Yes, because there are an infinite amount of NA rag servers and legendary week didn't have all of them filled.

You're right though, I should of just started eu rags and played with 190ping - cause that's real fun.

i play 200+ ping everyday, in fact playing right now. if you're used to it 200ping is normal....
