I thought Yuri's Post about Swadian folly about the same issue already adressed this problem, I'll take a look at the map. Thanks for reporting.

Looking at the current release version [1.2.1], Spawns appear to be fine in the player side server hosting, no teleporting or anything. Possibly the serverhosted version is not up to date?
