[Open] Can't access my account

I recently bought a name change on the NordInvasion website and changed it from Nayfun to TRGC_Nayfun. I went on the site to log in a day later and it was telling me my password was wrong, I've tried to use the Password_Reset character on the game, typed in the password given to me into the login page on the website and it is still saying wrong password.
