If you see a player exploiting a glitch in a map, or harassing other players or generally being disrespectful, please get screenshots / video of this action AND report them in game, Ideally get a timestamp on the pictures as well so we can match them up.
Create a thread here with the player name and the reason you are reporting them, so we can deal with them in an appropriate manner. The punishment guidelines are as follows:
First Offense: an ingame/site warning
Second Offense: Your character will lose 50% XP
Third Offense: All characters will be reset
Fourth Offense: Permanent ban
Please note, each circumstance will be handled on an individual basis, these are just guidelines for how we will deal with abusive players.
