Jim wasted a tome EU3 on hard EU 3 and left right away. Time: 14-02-2017 15:23 ish Amsterdam time. I usually don't report new players but this guy knew what he was doing as he left right after using the tome in the hope to evade a report. Well here it is anyway. We had just 1 tome so he ruined the game already at that point, many left demotivated. At the time he used it we didn't have one dead teammember.
