When it comes to trading items, it is absurd in the form it is now. One has to trade the items between his own chars that need to be in the same house to make it. Means if your char is not in a house you can't trade your own item between your own chars. And to get back into the house (if you left, because you need to leave if you want to trade with someone from another house) you need a captain from the house to assist you.
