I do not agree that most people that have an EK use it exclusively on their Sniper, no. I am directly opposed to that position, and I am saying that even the people you list are not included under that, and even if they are that is not indicative of every person who has an Eastern Katana or even what is best for the item progression as a whole. People that do not own the item are not holding me back, no. I am not making this change because you have failed to provide any reasoning outside of saying people that you haven't even talked to about this agree with you (which they do not, as I have taken the time to ask some of them) and that people get this item specifically for Sniper, which I have proven to be false.
You are comparing two items, one of which has better stats and less classes that can use it, and the other that is an entirely different type of weapon with worse stats that more people can use. Regardless, if it is already changing why are you using it as a base for a different item to change?
