i got banned ? pls help

Hi dear comunity.  i was on holidays for a week and when i came home and tried to log on ni i got kicked. and i cant log on the site either. 
site says" Your account has been banned for the following reason: Evading a ban by creating a new account is prohibited. "
dont really understand? is it a bug or am i doing something wrong?
