The runes you probably want to use are called futhark http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Younger_Futhark, old Norse runes.

You might also consider using the valknut http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valknut which is used as a symbol related to Odin.

As i told before, i like the long branch, it seems its included as Younger Futhark and fits the runes we need .

I can also use Valknut on the spear tip, thanks Worm.


Spear is about to be finished as a mesh(both lowpoly and highpoly), it takes a bit longer than i expected since i decided to make a high poly mesh for details. It will be ready soon i hope.
