Hello ladies and gentleman,
I discovered the bug and probably found a bug fixing already.
It depends on if you want to do this or not.
I re-textured an item from Mount&Blade : Warband Mercenaries mod, the Khergit Bow, with the old imperial bow texture, and see there : the bug disappeared. So it seems that you can easily fix it by changing the current fiendish bow with the old one if you wish to do that. As you can see, the string is a bit more behind than the arrow, but I think this is better than the current bug.
