Controversial idea, class limits to servers for the sake of fairness?

This idea may seem badly flawed  (wich it probably is) but hear me out on this one.

I´ve seen for a long time that games are still unbalanced even after the update. Newer players are more likely to pick an Archer class because it is practically impossible to contribute as an infantry.(may differ from person to person)  My idea is that of limit that still allows for 16 players but the placement is dispursed equally(8 Archers and 8 infantry for example) between the players that join the server.

The obvious problems would be that people would be annoyed not being able to join a server because of class and that certain strong Archers would be left out of important games. That is understandable.

But on the bright side, everyone gets a chance to contribute as there would be a equal amount of classes. Some people are just stuck being hybrids, not because they necessarily want to but because they are forced to.

Some people i´ve spoken to have said that it´s not about the individual but the team itself, fair enough, but thats an awfully easy thing to say when you´re an Archer. Next time, try standing idle in a corner and see if you still hold on to that statement.

In terms of Tech, i cant really tell since i dont have the expertise for this.


I will probably get some bad rep for this idea but the whole game as of now is a giant Archer slugfest.

If you disagree with my idea then thats okey but can you add an idea yourself and explain it, if it would work for better or worse?.

In layman's terms, its effectivity versus equality.
