Controversial idea, class limits to servers for the sake of fairness?

I think that there should be a "Late round joining maximum" for Rag only.

If you join a run that has say 2 people on wave 12 on a rag server. It should only allow 2 more slots in the run or whatever number, I really dislike 5 people(half are melee that bring 0 support) joining w9 rag right after loke, and most of the time 4 of them die within the first 10 bots of wave 10... then they just leave.
