Interesting, are you sure you are trading with fellow house members? Previous trades will remain open but they are problematic. If this continues to be an issue, I suggest a rename, since there are two characters of named Phalangite_Taker_SK in the database. This may be causing the error you are encountering. Please let me know if this continues.
