I thought legendaries only drop from 1 specific bot for some time now, did that change again or why is Tempest found from Gunnar and Odin?

Cav drop pools are separate from normal game mode drop pools. Cav drop pools pull from all of the modes to compensate for only having one specific legendary for it (godwood). Items can drop from two different modes, cav and standard, from two different bots.
