I am currently working on making crossbowman legendary boots 

Will they will be usable by ranger and Halberdier or only crossbow locked?

Crossbow (edit: hero) locked. Ranger and Halberdier boots will be their own separate items.

Regarding that, it would also make sense to have separate Pavise Boots  

Pavise needs a helmet and gauntlets as well. I want to make a full set of armour for them because the Checkered Lam doesn't really look legendary, but that would take a lot of time so for now I might just add some placeholders, or hold off on making them until I make the full set.
