A Mara with Naval has 2 less speed, 2 less cut and 15 less power strike than a Zwei with Legacy
The only thing Mara has would have is 9 more length. less armour and no infantry bonus health

Way longer reach and you're safe if you stand back. It's just different playstyles. Tank it with good armour or glasscannon and stand back.

but every zwei locked weapon has a 2nd mode which has way more attack frames than mangler. u can stand behind shielder without bouncing but mangler/naval will bounce more likely
