You where banned back in 2014 for Account Spamming. 

Would surgest you wait for Irish/Kip to get back to you.

But a account Spamming ban in 2014? I'm not sure what's going on here, I last palyed this mod should be in July 2012.

What probaly happend was that somebody saw your account back in 2014 whit all the chars on and then banned it due to the Account Spamming. 
You made like 70-80 chars which is not allowed and therefor you got banned.
