- changed the sort entries button to a drop down with the ability to sort by price and rarity ascending and descending
- made the auction hall filters persistent, aka the link is updated in the menu
- fixed not being able to buy an item after sorting the auction hall

More unscuffing of the AH page

- moved the lowest price calculation to the sell page of the Auction Hall only. (the amount of queries it had to do was too much and I feel that's where it belongs more)
- added a results per page under the page navigation (if the page lags for you, keep it on 20, else go apeshit with 100)

Known issues:
- can't uncollapse an Auction Hall entry

- think of an way to make the orderBy selection persistent

Love it, thanks for the update.

Noticed a bug, though:

Showing 100 entries on AH works fine. However, expanding the lower ones does not work manually (only via 'expand all').

Yeah noticed that as well. I will probably push a fix later today.

- fix not being able to toggle the Auction Hall listing after the initial 20 listings
- setting the results per page from a higher number back to 20, should now update the listings properly
