He has posted in the past.

How do you know this player please give me more information so as I can consider your request. 

eg time played together do you know them in RL trading in game etc and why has it taken so long for an unban request.

I know him in real and he maked his request but request has declined and he thinks they will never unban him and I said it taked a long time they can open that and we maked a request.
