I think the Noble Bastion needs to be modified to match its Red Legend status, if not, I suggest it be returned to the Yellow Legend status, as its attributes and generality do not support its high status. You need to be at least crossbowman and infantryman to be a red legend.
If not modified, it will probably only be available to Adventurer in Cavalry mode, and as for PC, they have Steel Tower Shields.
