In my opinion, merging heroes after all time will only reduce the diversity of playstyles in the game, while having fewer class restrictions on items would have been a better way to do it.

• That new legendary scrapping sounds like a nice addition to the mod, gives something to do with the least wanted legendaries and giving them more value than their house crafted counterparts.
  
• Getting back to the old system with monthly upgrades is something most of the community will probably dislike, in my opinion, having all upgrades available at all times was much better for everyone.
  

I think it would be nice to keep the athletics skills on zweihander to their former level, and make pavise champion get the extra athletics aventurier had, respectively 7 and 9, so we could still use these classes like before (except for PoL which isn't usable by zwei anymore). I also think all archers heroes should get the same amount of athletics as the skirmisher heroes, just let everyone enjoy some running speed.

PS : I'm really hoping for an actual client update to fix the few incorrect stats (mostly weight) on upgraded legendaries (especially BH ornate scale armor) that have been reported few years ago.

I strongly agree with that.

Bard class would fix all of this.

A witchhunter one handed crossbow class would be nice too (i think terath once mentioned making aventurier like this a few years ago)

Ok, nice, now we're talking. What would the root class be (if any, or would these be tacked onto existing root classes)? Bard / Witchhunter / (TBD)?

How about a new base class mysticism. The 3 Hero classes would be Bard(boost mates)/Witchhunter(very fast crossbow reload + fast run)/Mage(throwables with aoe damage)
