There are no plans currently to add axes to Sentry. There are many plans for how to further develop heroes once we start doing client updates.
The next round of legendary upgrades is now live. It isn't as many as I had hoped, but it has been a busy day! More to come soon.
There may be duplicate recipes that do not yet have the house crafted item in the name. Don't worry, that is going to be the last step, so there is no need to report that at this point.
