To make it more profitable for everyone: Every player who is going to survive the Endurance Run will get 1. 10k Gold / 2. 20k Gold for every other living player.
That means, if we are going to play with 20 players (16+4) and everybody survives, every player will be rewarded with 1. 200.000 Gold / 2. 400.000 Gold.

Did you mean "every living player?" "Every other" comes out to 190k and 380k respectively in your example of 20 players.
