Trade without house

would be so nice to trade and not leaving your hous. Would make houses more "useless". Just crafting is left then isnt it?

You would still need to be in a house to start a trade, but at least the Trading tab won’t be disabled when not in a house so you can see your trading history and interact with active trades. If you really want to make houses more useful you shouldn’t allow active trades with characters in other houses, but I think that will cause too many sad faces especially when people use it for borrowing items by example.
