interestingly, I agree with everything shadow said. what I'd like to add is that IF character IDs are in any way related to legendary drop chances, that should be removed and/or it shouldn't be just a reset that takes away everyone's items, but also forces everyone to straight up make new characters.
Would be a shame to put a single Durendal as a loot history...
