Reducing the number of drops with the amount of legendaries that are in the game will only damage current player experience, it would be like moving your sun lounger on the Titanic - It's pointless.
I know that there's not much that can be done now and I've got no idea how to fix it exactly either, I'm just pointing out that it's a problem.
Would be a shame to put a single Durendal as a loot history...
