Bolt Tosser at least is extremely rare - a lot more rare than an eastern katana so a price of 15 million is fair - how many guys did you see with a Bolt Tosser in he last time...?

(And just to add another comment a dreaded warpick is only worth 4 million - not five but that's just my opinion and you can't really value any legendaries, you can just compare them to others, for example a Volundr Greatsword should be more expensive than an Eastern Katana )
