Let me start with some rare mats (much easier to find out who drops it):

Coal: Hungry Zhugs (N W:8 ) ; Merc Zweihander (N W:12 10(not sure)) ; Einherjar (H W:8+13 and higher)
Bear Fur: Bear Clan Hunter (H W:9+(not sure)) ; Bear Clan Warrior (H W:9+(same))
Scale of Fafnir: Jotne (H W:16 14) ; Einherjar Ranger (H W: 15+(not sure)) Heimdallr (H W 4)

Wood of Glasir: Eastern Elite Mercenaries (H W 3,5,7,9 and so on)
