I'm not a big fan of using polearms as a Commando, because it's just not as effective as using a 2-hander (see spoilers below for explanation)

If you use this weapon as a Commando, you will swing slower than someone using an AGS, and deal less damage per hit than someone using an Eastern Katana-

With Sun Pike:
As 0/4/0/2- Average of 98.60 per hit, with no speed bonuses. (2 Hander of the same speed swings at least 2.6% faster)
As 0/4/1/1- Average of 99.82 per hit, with no speed bonuses. (2 Hander of the same speed swings at least 4.875% faster)

With Eastern Katana:
As 0/4/0/2- Average of 99.2 per hit, with no speed bonuses.
As 0/4/1/1- Average of 104 per hit, with no speed bonuses.


In addition, there are immense weapon length penalties associated with the polearm animation compared with two handers.

2h Overhead = +15 (The figure for the overhead is probably inaccurate due to the new animation)
Left-to-right = +17
Right-to-left = +13
Thrust = +80

2h Polearms
Overhead = -15
Left-to-right = -7
Right-to-left = -2
Thrust = +19

That being said, it's pretty decent for Pikemen.

I'd offer something along the lines of:

Transitional Armor + Craftable Commando Helmet + Plate Mittens + Flamberge + Steel Cutter + 5 Oil of Velentir + 15 Water of Hvergelmir + 1 Million gold
