Looting system?

Heres an example, say you kill the warlord with 9 other people around you. Thats 10 people in total including you. The drop chance off of him is 50% ( thats way way exaggerated, just for the example though ). It then gets divided up between all players, giving you a 5% drop chance. But if you were alone youd get that 50% drop chance.

Hope that was clear. I also dunno if im correct about how they drop. ITS ALL A MYSTERY.
