I couldn't view the wiki for some random "vandalism"-related reason, so I don't know if quests with these goals have been done. Here are some suggestions for medium-to-high level quests nonetheless:
From Whence They Came:
We're receiving reports of shirtless Nord fanatics burning and pillaging Swadian villages. Repay their cruelty! Send these "berserkers" into the abyss from whence they came.
Kill 5 Nord Berserkers
Pink Slip:
It seems the enemy is getting desperate, hiring skilled and subtle mercenaries to do their dirty work. You are hereby charged with the task of terminating their employment. Let assassins and sell swords far and wide know the true cost of doing business with the Nords.
Kill 3 Assassins
Kill 3 Hired Blades
Exterior Decoration:
Some of our men are deserting! Make examples of these craven Swadians, and bring us the heads of three deserters. Their cursed faces shall decorate the gates and ramparts of Praven.
Kill 3 Swadian Deserters
On a side note, are "chain quests" doable? You could get really creative narrative-wise if they were (although I'm not sure how many people actually read quest descriptions to be honest).
