Snipers need a Power Draw buff!

As a counterpoint to point 3, actually hitting an enemy where you want is a lot more difficult for the archer than it is for the commando. Not to mention, most commandos can just sit back and continually slash if situated in a shield line. Of course, this may just be because I suck at archery.
