Hey I just thought this might bolster your memberbase:

1) Have your Captains aggressively recruit redshirts
2) Get 20 people
3) Put in place solid recruitment standards
4) Water your redshirts, keep them in sunlight and watch them grow
5) Have a respectable house people will line up to join

Thanks for the tips gashy, we have been working towards all of these. Except #3 and #5. I have #4 branded on my chest so I remember to do so.
