I am torn. In pure playability (pounding in prince/odin runs) the oldish outskirts, not the kiting one but the shield walling one was the best to grind away for legendaries on. But the modern day outskirts, I have a profound hatred for. I voted for that anyway, though I have always liked Swadian Town for some reason and of course Old Village was nice.
