I like the idea and concept and whats already there, but it looks rather small. Something like Swadian City small. Might be better if it was expanded a bit. Usable space is also at a limit because of the cosmetic design like the farm takes up a significant part of the seemingly small area without opening up any potential options.

Also, the name seems interesting. Lumberjack Mine? Maybe Mine or something like that would be sufficient.
